Holt Seafood Celebrates 37 Years of Reliable Seafood Supply

This year marks 37 years since Beverley and Neil Holt founded Holt Seafood Company in Sydney, Australia. What began as a family business focused on stable, transparent supply chains has grown into an international operation serving customers across Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Holt Seafood remains proudly independent and family-run across generations, something increasingly rare in a global seafood trade that has seen significant consolidation over the past two decades. The founding principles established in 1989, stable supply chains, strict quality controls, and traceability documentation and supply-chain visibility, remain as relevant today as they were then and are now reinforced by digital documentation standards and a growing European presence.
