These roe-on scallops (Patinopecten yessoensis) are wild-caught in cold international waters and carefully processed to retain their natural flavor, delicate texture, and vibrant appearance. Each scallop is hand-shucked and cleaned, then gently treated to minimize dehydration and ensure optimal quality throughout freezing.

Versatile and flavorful, they are ideal for grillingpasta dishes, or as a standout ingredient in seafood mains.
