Fish
It's a well established fact that eating fish has a variety of health benefits. The high omega-3 fatty acid content in fish meat makes it an ideal protein source. The National Heart Foundation recommends Australians consume at least 500 mg per day of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids.
We can source a variety of fish in almost every form you could require, from frozen block to whole fish, headed & gutted. This section of the site shows some of the range of fish products we deal in (it is not an exhaustive list, so please don't hesitate to get in touch with your requirements).
